...a level where you kill innocent civilians in an airport?

WTF?

Anyone else read about this?

yeah i heard about it but aprently because of the sensitive nature of the level theres gonna be the possibilty to skip it

Why even put it in though? If you know its going to be "sensitive" enough to provide a skip option why make it playable in the first place?

I've played the level and imo its unneccesary for it to be playable, all it does is make you slaughter a bunch of innocents (civilian and police) to set up the video game reenactment of Red Dawn, plus with the ending of the game it makes me just shrug my shoulders about how this mission was needed at all.

I havent even got the game yet. Then again, I haven't bothered to renew my gold live yet either...

How is everyone on the RaR front anyway? And is MW2 any good online?

Malte its awsome, a greatly improved version of the first one. To quote ste faster, shinier and the guns oooooo the guns.

You have the main game which is pretty short but vey satisfying, special ops which are loads of mini levels, bit like the airplane at the end od cod4 but there are 23 missions with promised DLC. Then there is the multi player which you can just tell is the main focus of the game. Graphics in multiplayer is better than the main game of cod 4 it feels faster, great feel to the guns, the interchangable kill streaks bring a very good element to the game (i thought this part was going to ruin the game and make it very unbalance but they have done a cracking job) and finally some realy good maps.

A definate buy, if you loved cod4 this will make you jizz in your pantaloons

Nice post Mac, a good summary of the game. I do think this could be the best multi player game of all time.

The game is absolutely brilliant.

The story for the single player is horrendous, so badly done. Which is a shame because the story for MW1 was great.
